FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on orders over $160 AUD to the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer reliable and timely shipping services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates. Please note that shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on the shipping location and other external factors.
ORDER PROCESSING
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT, on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched.
DURING SALES PERIODS
During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. We work diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but high order volumes can cause slight delays.
PACKAGING
All Laisvai handbags are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each handbag is placed in a fabric dust bag, which is then packed in a sturdy box to provide additional protection during transit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping location and the size and weight of your order. For international orders, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery (see below for more information).

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.
